Welcome to RIRIANDMIMI (SPIREONE HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED) , where every garment carries a story, and every choice is made with intention. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Ethos: Made-to-Order with Purpose

At RIRIANDMIMI (SPIREONE HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED) , we do not believe in excess. Every piece is:

  1. Thoughtfully made to order, crafted only after you’ve placed a request.

  2. Designed using conscious fabrics, each with its own history and charm.

  3. Created only after an order placed by skilled artisans, preserving detail, quality, and care.

Because of our zero-waste approach, we do not stock inventory — helping us reduce waste, overproduction, and environmental harm.

2. Order Processing & Lead Time

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. Please allow a processing and production window of [7–14 working days], depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume.
  2. You will receive email updates or notifications on your order status.

Note: Slight delays may occur during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to fabric availability, as we work with repurposed materials.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We currently ship across PAN INDIA For international orders, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
  3. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

    • Domestic: [3–7 working days]

    • International: [7–21 working days], depending on location

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because each garment is custom-made to your order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We urge you to:

  1. Refer carefully to our size guide, product details, and garment descriptions.
  2. Reach out to us via email or Instagram DM if you need you feel the garment has some problem, you can ship it back to us with the exact problem and we will be happy to help.

Exceptions:

In the rare case that:

  1. You receive an incorrect item,
  2. The garment has manufacturing defects, or
  3. There is a significant sizing issue due to our error,

We will do our very best to make it right.

To initiate a concern:

  1. Email us at ririandmimiofficial@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  3. If approved, you may be asked to return the item in its original condition for repair, alteration, or replacement (as feasible).

Please note, items damaged due to wear, improper care, or mishandling will not be eligible.

5. Garment Care & Natural Variations

Each piece is:

  1. Made using pre-loved, vintage, or deadstock fabrics, which may carry unique marks, fades, or textures — these are not flaws, but a testament to their past life.

  2. Designed to age gracefully, telling a richer story with time.

To ensure longevity, we recommend:

  1. Gentle hand-washing or dry-cleaning, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Storing in a cool, dry space and avoiding extended exposure to direct sunlight.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Because we begin production shortly after your order is placed, we allow cancellations only within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period:

  1. We cannot accommodate cancellations or major custom changes.
  2. Minor alterations (e.g., size adjustments) may be possible if production hasn't begun — please email us quickly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — including images, product designs, copywriting, lookbooks, and visuals — are the intellectual property of RIRIANDMIMI (SPIREONE HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED)  and are protected under copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of our brand content without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect essential information to:

  1. Process and deliver your orders
  2. Respond to your queries
  3. Improve your experience with our brand

We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except for logistics and payment gateways necessary for order fulfillment. All payments are processed securely through trusted partners.
